No, they weren't. But I own the copyright so it doesn't matter how I choose to display, as long as I don't make a profit from them.

My photos are protected by what is known as a creative commons, I don't mind you using them but there are rules you must follow to use them and they can be found here: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/

anywho with the continuing sucess of dacryphilia we will be redoing our site with a professional photographer so no need to worry, these images will be removed

p.s were the subjects of these images asked permission for them to be used on the lincoln.alt site? :P

Dacryphilia wholeheartedly apologises for stealing the following two photos off www.lincolnalt.tk.
These fine pictures were in fact taken by the lovely Dave. Dacryphilia would also like to apologise for the cropping of the first photo, and any offence this artistic license may have caused. We will shortly engage negotiations to arrange either permission or removal of the offending articles.

There are some good photos on your site, I assume that you got permission to use them from the people who took them? Photographers tend to get pissed off if you steal their work and don't credit them.

Right, now the christmas break is out of the way the work can properly begin, in a highly productive few hours, keiren and i have written one full song, half a second song with a third still waiting to be recorded with amae

:D ok totally agree, get intouch with the website man, peopel put there ideas up i want proper pics of us done for it, cos we still dont have one of the whole band! im really excited here peeps!

plus im totally agreein with the fact that new material and recordin sould be a top priority!
